It is that time of year again when I begin to question a decision I made sat at my desk earlier in the year........

In September I decided it would be a good idea to sign up to a 100mile running race across the South Downs (SDW100). This is a non-stop race which has a cut off time of 36hrs, but I have set myself a target of under 24hrs. For those of you who know me know I love to run but I have never gone close to running this distance so slightly worried/nervous about what I am facing.

I have decided to use this as an opportunity to raise money for two fantastic charities MIND and Football Action.

Football Action is a charity set up and run by my brothers. The charity aim to use football to inspire and encourage children into education through using football across a number of developing countries.
