The Montane Spine race is considered one of the most brutal in the World. The whole Pennine Way from Edale in Derbyshire to Kirk Yetholm Scotland a whopping 268 miles. The race takes part in January and the weather adds to the difficulty of the race. 

I am setting out on this task to raise vital funds for Team Endeavour a charity that is close to my heart.  Their mission is to make the lives of those suffering that little bit easier by either donating money or vital equipment or even just arranging a special treat to make someone smile. They support Serving and Veterans of the Armed Forces and their families through times of Hardship, Poverty or illness.
