Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 9th May 2015 myself and fellow Firefighter Eric Atherton will be taking part in The Rat Race Dirty Weekend off road obstacle race (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxDayYwYT1I) The Rat Race is the worlds largest assault course consisting of 200 obstacles spread out over a 20 mile course set in the grounds of Burghley House in Lincolnshire.

We will be doing the race wearing fire kit and breathing apparatus sets, and hopefully we'd like to raise a bit of money in the process.

I've chosen Alder Hey Childrens Hospital in Liverpool as my charity of choice because of the fantastic treatment and support they provide for sick children who come here from all over the UK. Ive seen first hand the work they do, so have decided to try and give a little back.

So please, dig deep, have a look down the back of the couch, or under the car seat for a few pound coins, and donate to this fantastic charity.

Big love, Chris xx
