Thanks for taking the time to visit my page 

I have set up this just giving page to raise awareness of mental health and to help people who are suffering in silence ,

The mind health charity has  kindly paid for my entry to Cardiff Half Marathon 2020, And in return I would like to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause .

This will be my third time of doing the Cardiff Half Marathon and I hope I get to do many more to raise money for mind .

Personally for me I just love running and to be able to do this event and raise money  just makes it all the more enjoyable knowing that I am helping people with mental illness .
