We are dedicated to making Norwich an Age Friendly City that celebrates later life and the contribution of its 50+ aged population. The work we do ranges from independent advice to welcoming clubs and trips, and from support at home to keeping people safe, healthy and connected.

Story

I've spent the past 13 years working at Home Instead Norwich helping older people make the most of later life. It's been a pleasure to work alongside Age UK Norwich during these years as our missions are closely aligned.

I'll be turning 50 in 2023 and thought I would celebrate by running my first marathon and raising funds for my friends at Age UK Norwich to support some of the most vulnerable people in our city.

If you are able to provide some sponsorship, it will make a tremendous difference to older people and enable Age UK Norwich to continue to support them.

Age UK Norwich are dedicated to making Norwich an Age Friendly City that celebrates later life and the contribution of its 50+ aged population. We've supported people in the city for over 75 years. As an independent charity in Norwich, our mission is to improve the quality of later life by working with our residents to create an age-friendly and inclusive city where they can thrive, supported by opportunity and services that enhance and protect their health and wellbeing.

With much Kindness,

Chris
