I am going to be doing various things to raise money including the 48hr CUFF-CHALLENGE! (I will be handcuffed to my buddy Cat for 48hrs and we will have to complete some ridiculous challenges that you have suggested. You will also be entered into a RAFFLE if you sponsor me over £3 in which you could win EITHER: £50 of my own money, or one of our mystery prizes which will be revealed during the build up to the event. Your money goes towards the work that VSO does through ICS. For example, I could be:conducting research into health service access;or setting up youth groups to include young people in the community; or creating campaigns for social change...

...and ICS ONLY work with projects that have specifically requested their help - Where our energy and skills can make a direct impact.
