Story
Dear All
You probably don't remember me as much of a sports person or even someone who's doing 10K for fun (please only messages on a postcard as to things you do remember about me...).
Well anyways, running is still no fun for me, but it's a start...and it's an even better start if that run is for a good cause.
I've come across the St John's Wood Hospice not only because I live close by, but also because I've been introduced to the hospice and its great work through a good friend of mine. To support and keep this great institution going, that's enough of a good reason to not only raise awareness but also some money.
If you want to know more about the hospice, visit http://www.stjohnshospice.org.uk/.
So, in short - I hope I'll survive the run, and I hope I'll see some of you at the finishing line with a nice drink and above all, I hope you sponsor me tiny bit for the St John's Wood Hospice.
Thanks for helping!
Christian
PS: I am actively training - happy to share the pain if anyone wants to join in...
