From the 21-28th of June this year I will be in Kenya. I am going with an amazing organisation called The Alternative School https://thealternativeschool.co.uk/. They do amazing work with
young people who for any number of reasons have struggled in mainstream school. At N-Gage we are looking at setting up a very similar school in the future.
They have links with a school in Kenya called Jambo Jipya
School https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=tas+jambo. I will be going with some staff from TAS and some of their pupils.

I started the year struggling with depression. I am aware that at N-Gage we work
with a wide variety of young people in various settings. My hope and prayer is 
that we help challenge and inspire them to be the best they can. That starts with
me at the top of N-Gage  and works its way down. In the spirit of leading
by example I am going despite reservations and pushing myself as I know I will
develop and grow if I step out of my comfort zone.

This
trip and the related costs have not been budgeted for at N-Gage this year so
any help with it would be gratefully received.
