This year once again I have chosen South Shields Volunteer life brigade as my charity who I wish you to help me support. 

I will be walking the 30 odd miles between  the base at the head of our pier to Seaham and back as part of the Crusade for the brigade on Saturday 22nd of April    Alnwick Half marathon in May and the Great North Run in September.  I will be donning my vest at every oportunity during smaller running events over the summer and would love you to sponser  me and help raise valuable funds for our unsung heros to enable them to carry on their services and help them support our emergency servises
