Thank you for taking the time to read and donate towards my Skydive Fundraiser for Kettering Mind!

NHFT work very closely with Kettering Mind especially the Crisis Cafes creating a safe and warming environment for individuals to be in when/if you find yourself in a crisis or need support with your mental health and well-being.

Mental Health remains to only be spoken about for a second and then forgotten. It is so important to create awareness and ensure you know help is available. The Crisis Cafe is an amazing place to drop in, have a cuppa and chat about any of your worries.

If you are struggling at the moment please know you are not alone, and help is just around the corner!
