Story
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I never heard about Ben Nevis until I accepted the Ben Nevis challenge through work. I was unaware that Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles. Standing at 1,344 metres (4.409 ft) above sea level, it is located at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William.
I have been told that the trek can take 6-8 hours and I am looking forward to it in particular to raise money for Marie Curie and their cause caring for terminally ill patients, including half of all cancer patients, who die at home.
I have seen the effect cancer has on people personally and ask you please to dig deep to support Marie Curie's great work !
Many thanks
