This Saturday myself and 3 work friends will be taking part in the Ben Nevis Challenge to raise funds for the Multiple Schlerosis Society. The Ben Nevis challenge involves a 12 mile walk / climb up and down Ben Nevis, then we will do a 25 miles cycle, and then a canoe on Loch Lochy (3 miles) ... all in one day! 

MS is thought to affect more than 2.3 million people worldwide.

We are funding our entry, travel etc ourselves, and the challenge is to make as much money as possible for the MS Society.
