Iv signed up to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for London’s Air Ambulance Charity in honour of Steve Tribution Budd

I always remember him telling me how proud he was of my weight loss... now Iv put some weight back on there is no better motivation to lose it again and raise awareness and money for a great cause. 

I’ve chosen London Air Ambulance as they work with/alongside Essex Air Ambulance services which I know is close to Steve’s family 🙏🏻 

As you all know Trib was a massive Arsenal Fan, me being a Tottenham fan makes the next bit all that more difficult.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ 

I will run it wearing a Arsenal Shirt with Steve’s name printed!!

He was loved by all.. Friends, Family, Listeners & hes EIE family!
