On the 4th of November I'll be getting a sponsored tattoo of the British Heart Foundation's logo on my upper arm.

   In 2004 a young friend of mine lost his life due to heart disease. In order to help stop this happening to the friends and families of those affected by heart disease, I'm hoping to raise and contribute as much as possible to this very worthy cause.

2/11; Hi all, Sorry I haven't updated for a little while, I've been primarily updating the facebook page and forgot about this one somewhat. A big thank you to both Orient Expresso, Bangor, for donating all their tips last week to the cause, and another huge thank you to the staff of Becws Alun for raising money over the past couple of weeks. Got some pictures taken today by both the North Wales Chronicle and the Daily post, that'll be running articles about the tattoo. thanks to them :)

Many of you know that yesterday (1st Nov) is the anniversary of the day we lost Stephen. Thanks to everyone that's donated so far, it means a huge amount to me and to his family.
