Story
Hi,
We are Chris Pugh and Kane Fulbrook-Smith and we work together in Melksham's Neighbourhood Policing Team. We have worked together for the last five years and jumped at the chance to do this event. We are both up for an adventure and in the past have done many sponsored events including walking on fire.
Kane's reasons for wanting to do the skydive are that he wants to help those young people in Wiltshire who are disadvantage in their daily lives and if this is what it takes to help them, then bring it on!! The only problem is, he isn't sure if his willingness is either a mid life crisis, because he’s an adrenaline junkie or simply because he is crazy!!
Chris's reasons for wanting to do the skydive is because he has turned 30 this year (I know he doesn't look it) and has set himself a set of challenges and a skydive is one of these. And he sees this as an ideal opportunity to tick this off his list. Whilst also helping to support a fantastic local charity that shares the same ideas about how getting outdoors be it building shelters in a wood or working on a art project can increase a young person's self esteem and confidence whilst allowing them the opportunity to develop their communication and social skills.
