Churchtown Primary's 'Do Something Funny For Money'
Fundraising for Comic Relief
Story
Churchtown Primary School are organising a charity week in aid of Comic Relief and Community Link Foundation. The events kicked off with a staff music video to 'Let's Get Ready to Rumble!' The video can be watched at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUF1BNgF7nE and it has had over 1000 views in less than 24 hours!
Next week, we will be holding a series of fun, team challenges on the playground for all the children to watch. The teams will be made of senior management, teachers, teaching assistants and Year 6 Sports Ambassadors. The challenges will consist of a variety of fun activities such as a human version of Hungry Hippos and a Grand National on the school field. On Thursday, the children will be wearing something 'funny for money' and taking part in a danceathon lasting all day.
