My name is Cian Dunphy. I have just turned 16 and have decided to do a marathon on the rowing machine on Saturday 10th August. 

Grove Cottage provides social and educational activities for people of all ages with a learning disability. They also provide vital respite to family and carers. It is a charity that means a lot to me and is local to us all.
