I'm over the moon that we have such a fab group of people running as part of Team BB!

I wanted to take this opportunity to share my daughter Beatrice's story with you...

This time three years ago, a few weeks before her 6th birthday, Beatrice was in hospital and had just been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis a serious life long condition.   She had lost a third of her body weight, was incredibly anaemic and in a lot of pain.  It was horrific and life-changing time for us all but with round the clock care at the Royal Free hospital, after a few days, Beatrice began to respond to treatment and slowly began to recover from what was a major flare.  She still has to take medication daily but we are doing everything we can to ensure that she lives a normal life. Beatrice's courage, confidence and positivity has been and continues to be an inspiration to all her family and friends.
