This is a very exciting challenge for me: cycling 470 kms in 5 days in hot humid conditions. But all for a very worthwhile cause.

MAG is a fantastic charity to be raising money for: - £15 will enable the clearing of 10 squ metres of contaminated land; £50 can buy a prodder to enable a deminer to determine the exact location of a mine and £75 could sponsor a fully trained and equipped deminer for a week.

 I am already training hard but knowing I have your support will make it feel even more worthwhile.
