I am taking part in the Snowflake Swim on 31 January to raise money for Demelza Hospices. 

The Demelza Hospices are located across London, Kent and Sussex.  They care for and support children who are not expected to reach adulthood. 

It really is a great cause and, considering that the end of this January is meant to be full of actual snow and freezing cold temperatures, I hope that you feel this deserves a donation!
