I'm taking on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river and walking 28k (over 17 miles) starting from Putney Bridge and raising vital funds for BookTrust.

You can help to fund programmes such as the Letterbox Club, which assists children in foster families by providing them with parcels of books, maths activities and educational materials.
