This year, we are both taking on the Ironman 70.3 challenge! This is my first half-Iron(wo)man but Col’s fourth; I’m obviously going to try and beat him! Training has already begun for the challenge; a 1.2mile open-water swim, 56mile bike followed by 13.1mile run...easy!

I have been involved in Staffordshire Women’s Aid for some years and am proud and privileged to Chair this wonderful organisation. Each year we help thousands of women and children who are suffering or have suffered domestic and sexual violence. Every penny we raise will help to ensure that we can continue to support those women and children in our community that need us.
