We help young people to overcome barriers to prosperity

Story

This October, Kirstie and I are undertaking one of our biggest physical challenges to date by taking part in the virtual London Marathon!

In the space of 24 hours, we are challenging ourselves to walk the MASSIVE distance of 26.6miles. We will be starting off at Street League HQ and aim to finish at the Belfry and may even be joined by some young people from Street League for a mile or two.

Stay tuned for updates on our training as well as images and stories shared leading up to the big day.

Where the money raised will go:

All funds raised will go to Street League who are a 'sport for employment' charity supporting the hardest to reach young people to overcome the complex barriers to employment. Money raised through our walk will ensure that Street League can continue to engage young people with sport whilst also providing one-to-one mentoring, work experience and employability support.

Please support us by donating and leaving lovely messages of encouragement, they make all the difference! Thank you.

The Quilter Foundation was set up in 2017 to support the many thousands of young people in our communities who live with daily social and domestic challenges, helping them to overcome barriers to prosperity. We do this by funding projects that improve educational outcomes, employment prospects and health and wellbeing.
