ONE WEEK TO GO! 

This is my first Half Marathon and is something I have wanted to do for years but haven’t known where to start! Parkrun has been a major help for my running then last summer I joined Heart and Sole running group. I didn’t know which charity to run for then I heard about the amazing experience Kelly has had a the royal marsden throughout her diagnosis of breast cancer. Thats when I heard about Team Bird! Of all the races I have done, this is the only one I am asking for donations for. I am pretty nervous so every £ I am donated will help get me round! I am currently up to 8.5 miles so have some training to do!
