Manchester Women's Aid provide help for women and children escaping domestic and sexual violence which includes providing safe housing which is absolutely vital. They also have an Outreach Team who provide information, advice, support and crisis intervention. Unfortunately, these services are still absolutely crucial, so this year I've chosen to raise money for them. Last year I raised £1,000 for West Cumbria Rape Crisis so hopefully this year I can raise more!
