Thank you, Sarah Mortram! You made me believe in January and now, many exercises, miles and ice baths later, I'm ready to give it a go. It's gonna hurt but I will be there, and I am so excited!

To make it all worthwhile, I would love to raise £1000 for Lewis Manning Hospice to enable someone like Terry to benefit from a programme of care at our Day Hospice. Terry has Parkinson's Disease and in his words, 'life was rubbish' before he came to the Hospice. Thanks to his visits though, he no longer lives with his illness alone.

Terry will drive me forward next Sunday, along with all the other wonderful patients, staff and volunteers I have met at Lewis-Manning. Please help me to help them!
