Ruby is planning to do a sponsored silence for mistreated, traumatised and working donkeys in Israel. The charity “safe haven for donkeys in the holy land” are a charity that offer free veterinary care and animal welfare education to working donkeys and their owners to try and change attitudes towards the treatment of donkeys. They also provide sanctuary for mistreated and traumatised donkeys so they can live the rest of their life in safety and happiness. Ruby is a massive animal lover and often sees the adverts on tv of poor sad and mistreated donkeys and we all feel so sad to think this is happening in this day and age. Ruby wants to try and help. For those that know ruby, a sponsored silence for 30 seconds would be hard enough, but for 24hours! I’m not completely sure if she’ll manage it! Having said this, she is very motivated to help the donkeys and would be massively spurred on by all your support and donations, so please donate.
