I am running the Royal London Parks Half Marathon on 10th October 2010 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.  This is a great charity, devoted to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer.  It builds specialist units in NHS hospitals which improve the quality of life and chances of survival for young people with cancer. It also provides a family support network for siblings and parents of those with cancer.  Please dig deep and donate now.  Clare  xxxx
