Val and I will be taking on the Half Marathon at the Bedford Festival of Running on 3rd September 2023 to support and raise some much needed funds for a charity in our town. SMART CJS are doing so much to support those less fortunate than us in Bedford, but they need some help.  As I am a teensy bit bonkers, I will also be running the Twilight 10K race the night before. As a charity committed to preventing homelessness, we strive to ensure that vulnerable people never reach the point of sleeping rough. Our efforts are focused on enabling individuals to make positive changes and achieve their goals. All funds raised support the SMART Prebend Centre, where we offer essential services such as hot meals, support services, drug and alcohol support, and much more.
