Hope you can join us for our Summer workshop to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK. We'll be doing a gentle Yoga flow (Julia) and Yoga Nidra (Clare), along with Seamus Corr - playing on the Indian flute. 
Payment is by donation to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK who fund pioneering work into dementia that helps to make a real difference to people’s lives – now and in the future. 
All are welcome, bring friends too whether you've tried yoga or not before. 

Sunday 2nd July 1.30pm - 3pm Middlefloor, Wharfchambers, 23-25 Wharf street, Leeds, LS2 7EQ. 
Cafe/bar with teas/coffee, beers etc too if you are thirsty and/or want to chill out afterwards:-). Clare & Julia x
