On Sunday 25th October 2009 I shall be braving the high seas and making the journey from the Isle of Wight to participate in The Great South Run, a 10 mile road run through Southsea.

Living in Ventnor, the hilliest town on the Isle of Wight, training has been intersting to say the least!  Please help to make the 6am starts and the hill runs worth while by donating to my chosen charity - Wave 105 Cash for Kids.
