As most of you will be aware, I hate being outside, exercise and mud! So this is a huge challenge for me! I will be taking part in a 6k mud run to raise money for North Cumbria Hospitals NHS Charity. The money raised will support patients, families and staff working in the Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital. I think after this year we can all dig deep to support our local NHS.
