On 24th April 2016 I'll be taking part in the 35th London Marathon, and have decided to fundraise for Barnado's in their 150th year.

Barnado's has always held a special place in my heart as my father was put into their care as a newborn baby in 1946.  Fortunately he was swiftly adopted and had a very happy upbringing, but it's vital that the charities good work can continue.

If you are able to sponsor me towards my target of £2,500 I'd be extremely grateful, I can't promise an elite finish time (sub 4:30 is the aim) but I'll put all I can into the race!
