Welcome to my Just Giving raffle.

I am a proud parent of a child in Year 6 at Longshaw Primary Academy. Every year, the school's PTA and parents raise money to fund the end-of-year disco and other activities to give all Year 6 children a good send off at the end of the summer term. But sadly, due to the pandemic, the usual fundraisers have not been possible, especially now as the school is closed.

For this reason I thought I would raffle one of my original art works to raise some funds. I am an artist with an enduring love of colour. I have sold works to private and corporate collections over the years, and I hope you like the drawing I have chosen to give away.

The drawing is framed in a 30cm x 30cm white, wooden frame, with a white mount. It can be displayed on a shelf or on the wall.

I would normally price a piece this size, framed, at £80 - you could win this for as little as £5! 

Just like a raffle, a £5 donation will provide you with one 'ticket' where I shall add your name to the draw. If you would like to donate £10, your name would be entered twice, and so on. You can buy as many tickets as you like.

The winner will be announced at noon on Sunday, 14th February (Valentine's Day). The art work will be delivered or posted for free.

*In the event activities cannot happen due to covid-19, the funds will go towards a keepsake for every child to remind them of their time at primary school. 

Longshaw Academy Friends (LAF) is a very enthusiastic parent, teacher and friends of the school association who organise events and fundraise for the school.
