Big Cliff's Charity Cycle

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
2016 was a very difficult year for me and my family. In July I lost my honorary brother, Davy, who died in a tragic cycle accident. He was more than a friend for almost 50 years. Then in November I lost my big brother, David through cancer. He was more than a brother to me and when he needed to, he stepped up to the mark as a father figure.
My cycle challenge is 95.8 miles from The Cancer Centre at the City Hospital in Belfast, were David was so well looked after during his treatment, to his home in Enniskillen where he lived for over 35 years. This is the journey he did twice a week during his treatment. I am intending to complete this cycle on Sunday 21st May 2017, which is Davy's birthday.
My friend Davy brought me back to cycling in 2015 and I want to use this cycle to honour them both and raise funds for a charity that was close to both their hearts, and is now close to mine. It was Marie Curie that facilitated David’s wishes to be at home, and the care and love that these nurses gave to David and the entire family we will never be able to repay.
This is my way of paying tribute to both Davy and David, and giving something back to a very worthy cause.
Thank you in anticipation for all your support, prayers and donations.
