In  August, some of Charlotte's family and friends will be climbing 1,2 or 3 of the Yorkshire 3 peaks with support from others.
We are raising money for the charity Different Strokes in memory of Charlotte. Such a beautiful, caring, and forever giving shining star, who has made such a difference to so many lives.
