We raise funds for SCAD research to understand the cause & find treatments

Story

My colleagues at Sandwell Educational Psychology team have pledged some personal challenges to support BeatScad throughout September.

We work very hard and sometimes forget to look after ourselves too, so here is what we’re going to do for our well being and to raise funds for the important work of BeatScad:

Jas is going to walk 10000 steps each day and also not eat cake or chocolate- go Jas 🙌

Alison is going to walk 10000 steps, but carry on eating chocolate 😃

Helen, Alison and Sarah are going to go for a walk each day and Helen is giving up chocolate 💥

Julie is going to take Lula for a walk each day and (my nephew,Spike) is going to take Nelly each day 🐕🐶

Grace is going to ride 250km over the month 🏆

Tim (of BeatScad marathon fame) is doing an Ironman triathlon including 2km swim, 90 km ride and half marathon ❤️

Roxy (my niece) is going to trampoline for 10 minutes each day

And I’m going to walk 5000 steps a day 👌

Wish us luck ❤️
