I am joining Colin Shaw and other friends in committing to "12 days of purgatory" from 14 March 2017 until midnight on 25 March - the intention is that not a drop of alcohol will pass my lips during that time!

For some of you, this may not sound like a very difficult task - but those that know me (and my social calendar!) will realise what a challenge this presents and hopefully give generously to help me along!

All proceeds from this "12 Days of Going MaD" will continue to Make a Difference to Cancer Research UK, in memory of Tracy Shaw, who left us too early on 17 March 2016.  Thank you so much.
