Back in 2013,  I stood, with Jamie & Emily,  trying to spot Jonathan in the sea of Hero Ride cyclists queuing to get onto the Mall - we were so proud of him and his first efforts for H4H.  This made us all the more aware of the extraordinary achievements of the injured service men who rode with him that day and the essential support provided by H4H.

So Jonathan has spurred the rest of the family into challenging themselves for this great cause!

Jamie ( 11) and I will be cycling the last 50 miles of the Hero Ride West, with my sister Caroline and brother-in-law Drew.  Jonathan, of course has set himself the biggest challenge yet, and we hope he will be cycling at our pace by the time we join him - he will have cycled 230 miles with his two brothers, and other friends, by then!
