"We’re Walking to Warsaw" 

That’s right - we’re spending lockdown walking to Warsaw – well
not literally. In a bid to keep our team connected and active whilst we’re
working from home, we’ll be walking 1 million steps per week between us. By December 2nd we should have (virtually) arrived in Warsaw. 

We want to make our steps count, so each week when we hit our
target we’ll donate to Helping Hands. We don’t expect you to walk to Warsaw with us, but if you’d like to sponsor us along the way by donating here, that would be fantastic. 

Helping Hands is a local charity supporting the community in
Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth. They work with vulnerable clients in a range of ways: from hosting soup kitchens to helping clients get the qualifications and support they need to find work and get back on their feet. At this time, their work has never been more important and we’re thrilled to support them. 

Oh, and why Warsaw? Sophie's (Comtec Director's) Grandmother, who is an impressive 100 years young, lives there. Given the state of things, Sophie hasn’t been able to visit her, this is our way of making that journey as a team.
