Last year I completed the Vitality 10k and now I am taking on this next level challenge of the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

I work at Evolve as a Trainee Support Worker at supported accommodation for 80 adults aged between 25 and 65 experiencing medium to high support needs such as mental health issues, substance misuse, offending issues, accessing health services,
education and employment. My role involves key working a case load of vulnerable customers to ensure that they are supported and that we deliver high quality support and person centred approach in line with Evolve’s Policies.

Evolve’s approach to housing and support is amazing and was
an exact match with my own desires to make a difference and help those in need improve their lives. From the start I have been made to feel welcome at Evolve and encouraged and supported to help the customers that I key work at the supported accommodation

When you work at Evolve you feel empowered and build
resilience and confidence to support vulnerable people with complex needs. What I enjoy most about working at Evolve is that you are able to use your personal interests/skills at work in order to benefit and support customers.

I am keen to gain further experience in this sector and
continue to help vulnerable people to improve their lives. If I had a magic wand, I would love to end street homelessness and rough sleeping. At Evolve, I can continue to make a difference.
