I am supporting Sands because it is a charity very close to mine and my family's hearts. 11 months before I was born, my sister, Emily, unfortunately was born stillborn. Although I never got to meet my sister, she will always hold a special place in my heart. As January 2019 was her 21st Anniversary, I feel that it would be an ideal opportunity to remember her and also other babies and parents who have went through similar events. It is also a great opportunity to raise money for this growing charity in order to ensure that all children and families receive the appropriate medical care and support that they need.
