Constantia Care is supporting Dementia Action Week which will be held between the 17th - 23rd May 2021. 

All proceeds will be donated to Age UK Barnet who carry out essential work in our community. Their expert advice, activities, events and handyman service are a lifeline to so many and as an Agency are proud to support them. 

Constantia Care will be holding a raffle on Friday 21st May 2021. The prize is a fantastic hamper created by the office staff of Constantia Care. Images to follow early next week. 

Raffle tickets are £2.00 each or £9.00 for 5 tickets. 

Once your donation is received, Emma Coulstock will email you with your ticket numbers. The draw will be filmed on Friday at 1:00pm and the lucky winner informed. Good Luck!
