In 2018 I turned 30 and made the decision to change my lifestyle for good. With the help of an amazing personal trainer and plenty of dedication I’ve become stronger, healthier and most importantly, happier. In June I will be running 8.5 miles in the Great Midlands Fun Run and would love to mark the occasion by raising money for a charity close to home. Any and all donations welcome - no matter how small - for this great cause!
