Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm walking 10 miles in the Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire Pink Ribbonwalk to fundraise for Breast Cancer Care. I did this last year and this year hope to beat my time of 3hrs and beat my sponsorship with your help.
As you may know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006. I've been clear for 8yrs, but have since learnt that I have the BRAC1 gene & had preventative surgeries over the last year.
You all kindly help me raise a whopping £1,600 last year, so this year I challenge you to help me reach my goal of £2k!
I will be walking again with my friends Ant & Caz, as well as my dog Sidney, but I'm extra thrilled that my Mum will also be joining me this year - she was such a rock during my diagnosis and treatment.
For those of you that don't know, Breast Cancer Care's mission is to make sure that no-one has to face their breast cancer diagnosis alone. The money I raise will help to fund specialist clinical and emotional support to help thousands of people find a way to live with, through and beyond breast cancer.
Please donate what you can; your support will help me get round the route and will make a huge difference to people affected by breast cancer.
