As some of you may know Corey, Ben and Adam are cycling the 900ish mile trip from Lands End to John O'Groats. We are leaving on the 14th July and starting from John O'Groats. We are aiming to cycle about 60 miles a day and have the trip completed in about 15 days. We are taking everything we need on our bikes including all tents and camping equipment. We haven't planned too much of the route as we are looking forward to the freedom of it. (hopefully we won't get too lost)

We are raising money for both the Alzheimer's Society and Macmillan Cancer Support on this trip, so a contribution to either charity would be greatly appreciated.
