We provide leadership and support through insight, knowledge and expertise to anyone in Birmingham working towards our vision of an active, healthy city for everyone. We tackle inequalities by working where the need is greatest.

Story

I am supporting:

COPS is a UK registered charity dedicated to helping the families of police officers who have lost their lives on duty, rebuild their lives.

It aims to ensure that survivors have all the help they need to cope with such a tragedy, and that they remain part of the police family.

and

M.A.D Birmingham is a youth engagement programme which uses activities, such as sport, to tackle social issues.

Young people from some of Birmingham's most disadvantaged communities now have the chance to express themselves thanks to a funding boost from Big Lottery and Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

The M.A.D programme includes a 'VAN' load of activities and resources for music production, video filming and editing, games consoles and sports equipment. They offer a host of opportunities, including street soccer, badminton, table tennis and much more through this challenge.

Sport Birmingham is the leading local sports charity working to improve people's lives through the power of sport and physical activity. We are committed to creating and promoting accessible opportunities for all, working to inform, educate and support communities so that everyone has the opportunity to be active and healthy.Through a range of effective partnerships, we continually strive to be true to our values as we pursue our strategic aim to make Birmingham a more active and ultimately healthier place to live, learn, play and work.

This challenge will take place on the great height of the Holiday Inn Express, Snow Hill Plaza, Birmingham City Centre
