On 29th April, I will be cycling from London to Birmingham to raise money and awareness of 100 Black Men of London. This UK registered charity runs mentoring programs and events for young people developing their self esteem, communication skills and awareness of topics including media, money management, career planning,  healthy living and relationships. Each year they also organise a Quality Time Fathers Day event.
