We are going to walk 5 miles, wearing pink from our office base to Lessiter's, a Chocolate Factory in Knebworth on the afternoon of Wednesday 14th October. Why?

*  to increase our steps during an organisational Pedometer Challenge

*  to wear pink and raise money as part of the Breast Cancer Campaign

*  to raise awareness of World Mental Health Day (10th October) and Chocolate Week (12 to 18 Oct) - there is   evidence that chemicals in chocolate have an effect on our emotional wellbeing

*  to look after our backs as part of Back Care Awareness Week (10 to 16 Oct) - walking is a good form of excersize for those with back problems or to strengthen the back

*  to do some team building and have some fun!
