I have had the sincerest pleasure of working with A Precious Child for the past 10 years! When I first started, we were serving one family a week in our Resource Center. We are now able to serve more than 40 families a day with the basic essentials they need in order to thrive! Last year, we provided more than $15 million to more than 57,000 children and 7,000 adult caregivers. 

As a designated essential organization, our team is rising up to an unparalleled challenge during the coronavirus pandemic. We are on the frontlines, providing emergency essentials such as hygiene items, cleaning supplies, diapers and wipes, clothing and other basic needs to families that so desperately need them during this time. 

We are facing two challenges: (1) Loss of major funding from the cancellation and postponement of signature fundraising events; (2) An increase in demand from the most vulnerable families throughout the Denver metro area in need of our services.
